Zutron Pharmaceuticals Ltd. attended a career fair hosted by Webster University in Ghana. This event allowed us to interact with bright, ambitious students who want to work in the pharmaceutical sector. Engaging with the corporate bodies present was also a great opportunity to market our products and brand to them.
Our team was ecstatic to have the chance to interact with the students, respond to their inquiries, and go over the numerous career pathways we provide in our company. The degree of excitement and engagement that the students demonstrated astonished us, and we think that many of them have the ability to one day provide significant contributions to our business.
The event’s quality and planning particularly struck us because they made it possible for us to effectively engage with students and present our organization and its principles. The event had both continuing students as well as graduates and old students in attendance from a variety of academic backgrounds, which gave us a chance to highlight the different options and responsibilities within our organization.
Our team also had the chance to speak with officials from various businesses present at the fair, which gave us important insights and taught us about the most recent trends and advancements in their industries.
