Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical product sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver on sales objectives in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territories and product lines.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, a related Science field, or a business field with a focus on Marketing.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical sales processes is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
